No Refund Policy: Once a donation has been made through our website, it is considered final and non-refundable.

Incorrect Amount: If you believe an error was made in your donation amount, please contact us within 7 days at [insert your email address] with proof of the transaction. We will review and resolve such cases on a case-by-case basis.

Double Payment: If you have mistakenly made a double payment, please inform us within 7 days. Once verified, we will initiate the refund for the excess amount.
Admission or Application Fees

Fees paid towards application or registration are non-refundable under any circumstances.

If a transaction fails but the amount is debited from your bank account, please reach out to us. Upon verification with our payment gateway and bank, we will initiate a refund within 7–10 working days.
Event Fees / Special Contributions
If you have registered for a school event and wish to cancel, you may do so up to 3 days prior to the event date. Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable processing charges.
Mode of Refund
All approved refunds will be made through the original mode of payment or via NEFT/bank transfer, as per Razorpay and bank guidelines.
